Well yes, Halloween has arrived, that period in which I enjoy bringing out the horror side in me and, as you know well, I always do it while having fun.

Year 2022: I had released an EP in which Italians had become zombies due to carbohydrate deficiencies. It was the year of They Speak Italian.

Year 2024: I felt the need to continue that story. I knew I could still come up with interesting topics, social criticism told in a horror and hilarious way.

And so, armed with a keyboard, I wrote a gripping, hilarious story, and… well, obviously the 5 tracks on the EP! You can read the story in 4 languages: English, Italian, Spanish and Russian and you can find it in my Bandcamp download by purchasing the album.
“They Speak Italian 2” brings, like its predecessor, an experience that goes beyond listening to the album. It’s an immersion in a dystopian world, not too far from ours.

I think I put my heart into it this time too.

HEY! Not literally! It was a figure of speech!
The horrorsynth thread is present in all the tracks but there are many influences this time too. Special mention to the sax played by the immense Manuel Trabucco (if you have listened to my track “Mediterraneo” you cannot help but love him).
